This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry services. The staff once returned my shower bag that I forgot, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend it and will be back for Christmas.

The room was quite small but had its uses, especially considering we only needed a place to stay for a couple of nights after visiting the nearby attractions like Bow Church and Victoria Park. What stood out was the low price for London, making it easier on the wallet, and while the mattress could have been firmer, it was decent enough for a short stay. I also appreciated the fact that everything we wanted to see was within a reasonable distance.

the location is fascinating, but my room was a shoebox with a filthy TV that refused to work. not to mention, the bathroom was practically a medieval torture chamber. you’d think I woudl ve been offered an upgrade for enduring such discomfort, but no, just a bland excuse. i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

The garden area behind reception is a nice place to relax. The keychain is overly large.

city view is a great budget option, especially for couples. it's just a short walk from the tube station, and the shops like tesco nearby make it really convenient. the friendly staff were super helpful and even let me check in early. it's cozy and perfect for what we needed.

Staying here with friends was a big mistake. We felt super unsafe, like we were being watched. The staff were creepy, making us really uncomfortable. The shared bathroom situation was weird, too. Not worth it!

Room 110 had a decent size with a kitchenette that included a microwave, kettle, and fridge, which was a plus. The shower had good water pressure and reasonable towels. the cleanliness could be improved, as there are areas needing attention. the noise from the surroundings was not ideal for a peaceful night's sleep, making it somewhat challenging to rest well.

Had a great time with friends, perfect spot near shops and local markets. The fridge in the room was a bonus for our snacks! Easy access to nearby attractions made our short trip enjoyable. The staff were friendly and even helped us check in early, which was a nice touch.

One night we were woken up early by someone knocking on our door. It was a bit unsettling, and I wish the walls had better soundproofing.
